The service agent was late. The phone representative who set up the appointment told me they would be at my house between 8:30 AM and 12 noon. The service agent did not arrive until almost 1:30. Although he arrived at the time he was told service was scheduled this was not the time frame I was given.

Everything about this service was outstanding. When they knew they were just coming to get a kitten, not a dangerous animal, I thought the price was high, but l still used them. They did it outstanding job with the removal.

Danny was extremely nice, professional. We had tried another service but were disappointed by the fact that their policy was to not come back if it looked like the pests weren’t eliminated until the next quarter of the year! We switched immediately as our home had been vacant for over 9 months and the pests had definitely moved in!Now we see maybe 6 total during the last year. Very pleased in Spring! MBC
