Used Cypress Creek previously, got land line disconnected, and kind of forgot about Pest control. Had them come out last week for roach and termite prevention. Quoted a price of $109 for "Pest Control", paid $118 with tax. Then the guy took a 5-10... minute trip around the house to look for termite evidence. Came back to the front door and wanted another $80! They quoted me a price when I had requested bug spraying ans termite check. Could have checked for termites when bug spraying around the house. To charge me my quoted price then come back 10 minutes later and charge me again seems kinda deceptive.read more

I will never call another pest company because Cypress creek pest is outstanding, I had them here to check on spraying for a roach I had seen after my granddaughter moved in from an apartment and they new exactly what kind it was (because my husband... put it in a baggy) because they had recommended it. LOL.I was asking about the baby snakes that I had seen and heard about on Facebook but he told me that it's the moths I need to worry about in the yard and I said I heard about that but we just had new grass put in after the bad rain in April so we walked out and he went over to my bushes in front and kicked them and said did you see that and wouldn't you know I have the moths and he showed me my neighbors yard and pointed out the brown grass because they have it to so I'll be telling them about itread more
