We have used this business for years and we have been satisfied with the quality of service until this month.Previously, I left a higher rating but have lowered it because of the response received recently.We needed a rodent trap added in one side of our yard. Cypress Creek previously supplied two in the yard and an additional one in the attic. Each service I am told by technicians that they have checked them and all is good.When I called and asked for an additional trap I was told it was 38.00 for a trap and 65.00 additional for the added quarterly service of the traps. I was shocked and explained we had three and didn’t know it was extra as it never has been before.We declined the service at that time, but received a call back from the supervisor telling us what we actually had because he was looking at his computer.I was really perplexed by the call and extremely disappointed. It didn’t seem the call was made to resolve any thing; instead they wanted to make sure I knew what their computer said.So odd and disappointing.We have used them for six years but will be changing.

Professional from start to finish! We called Cypress Creek Pest Control for rodent exclusion and then regular pest control. Cost estimate was clear and prices are fair for the work to be done. All techs have been so courteous and communicate clearly what is to be done. Highly recommend.

Update to a former 5 star review. Having used Cypress Creek Pest Control for over 20 years and having been pleased with their customer service, I'm now going to be having to considerother pest control companies. I have been informed they now service my area ONLY on Thursdays or Saturdays- neither of which is always convenient for me. I have always been pleased with the quality and coveniece but this new lack of flexibility is making scheduling difficult. Apparently gone are the days of them offering the service that meets their client's needs.Their scheduling system is very aggravating. Their "auto call "system calls you then requires you to hold until someone is available to actually speak to you. Ugh !
