I use to use NW Pest Control and when I called learned they were bought by Cypress Creek Pest Control. Happy to say that the customer service and pricing is still 5 Star despite the change of ownership. Almost as soon as I reached out to Cypress Creek Pest Control via internet I was contacted by phone to make an appointment. I like that I did not have to wait. They were prompt when they arrived and very professional. They were in and out in no time and I have not seen any bugs in my home.6/2024Still love them. They always work so quickly and professionally. Scheduling an appointment is never a problem, I was even able to move my appointment up because of a wasp issue.
