Their services are much higher than other pest control contracts. They charge extra for rodent abatement. I will be looking at another pest control company to service our home on a quarterly basis. Service is ok, however I would shop around for comparable costs.I tried two other pest control companies and none of them were able to beat CCPC in service and price! We had no pest issues when they had our service. Now I’m seeing pests. I’m coming back to CCPC. As the saying goes: “You get what you pay for!” I’m sorry I left.

Cypress Creek pest control, I can not thank you all enough! Someone answered the phone every time I called, they were quick to come out and set the raccoon trap. They said he would get caught quickly and he was caught in less than 24 hrs. They also came the next day to remove the raccoon from our home and set the trap back up again. Also the price was very worth it. Other companies I spoke to, charged an outrageous amount.Thank you everyone at this company!

Yesterday Ira came to spray our home for our quarterly treatment. He was very personable, he explained everything he was going to do and what chemicals he was treating our home with.After treating the inside of our home he did a phenomenal job of spraying the outside of our home and our garage. He also dusted certain areas around our home and attic. Very through 😊.

The tech was thorough in making sure he covers all around the house. He’s went the extra miles to go thru my attic as well. Overall, he took his time to spray all around the house including areas under the sink. I would request the same tech again.

I highly recommend them! They came out and assessed my termite damage and put my mind at ease. They kept the scheduled appointment to treat and was on time! They are top notch. I will definitely be using them annually.Update! We are doing the yearly inspection and we have no activity with termites so that puts at ease. They came back on time and inspected and we can rest knowing that they are not in the walls eating the foundation.

Trapper was told it was raccoon; he was surprised when he arrived and it was possum with multiple babies. He was gone with trap approximately 25 mins which means mama possum and her babies were released within 12 mins from us (Hope she doesn’t find her way back here). Trapper was very nice, returned towel and trap. Never received an invoice or receipt via email yet (checked reg email and junk/spam). But, issue was resolved for $85 plus tax.
