Cypress Creek Pest Control.... Another 5 Stars. Paul was right on time with our Annual Aunt Treatment. It's great not having to worry about fire ants biting us or the little ones. In the South they are really a problem. We tried treating ourselves and the ants just relocate. Paul is always courteous and so well knowledged, he's a great asset to your company.

As usual the tech came in, checked the house for termite annual inspection, told me everything looked good. He offered information about mosquitoes as I asked what would be a good solution. Glad to know Cypress Pest Control offers a service for this. May call back at a later date. I appreciated Tim’s time.

I am a long -standing customer with Cypress Creek Pest Control, and there's a reason for it. They are very consistent in providing good service. The schedulers are a joy to work with because they are always willing to make adjustments when needed for customer convenience. Kind flexibility is not easy to find. There have been minor issues over the years, but nothing ever goes unresolved and without a positive outcome. I recommend them highly.

Their services are much higher than other pest control contracts. They charge extra for rodent abatement. I will be looking at another pest control company to service our home on a quarterly basis. Service is ok, however I would shop around for comparable costs.I tried two other pest control companies and none of them were able to beat CCPC in service and price! We had no pest issues when they had our service. Now I’m seeing pests. I’m coming back to CCPC. As the saying goes: “You get what you pay for!” I’m sorry I left.
