The Different Types Of Fire Ants
While we all know that fire ants are dangerous, and that their bites are very painful, we might not all be aware that there are two main groups of fire ants in the US: imported and native fire ants. In this article, we’re going to take a look at these two groups and what sets

How To Find Mouse Entry Points Into The Home
Mice are very small animals that can squeeze through even smaller holes in order to enter a home. In fact, if they can find a crack that is about the size of a dime, they are able to get through it to the other side. This is why you need to focus as much on

I have used Green Force for 6+ years now. I have recommended GF to several friends. The office staff (Rhonda) has always been EXTREMELY helpful and attentive. The real star of the show has been Daniel. He is always on time, polite and wears booties throughout the house. Really I cannot recommend GF enough. As far as pricing, service and people are concerned, GF cannot be touched by any other company in the area.

After going online and requesting a service quote, there was a bit of a wait, hence the 4 stars. There was so much of a wait, that I called in. Once I did, Kayla was professional and helpful. We were able to schedule next day service.Glenn called at 2:30, which was 30 minutes ahead of the 3 to 5pm appointment time given. This was awesome and respectful of our time. He was pleasant and professional. When he arrived we reviewed what was needed and he gave input on our one point of entry.Glenn is an asset to this company. We will definitely request him for our next maintenance service. As an aside, we appreciate the option of a one time service without the commitment of a contract.

I have given Cypress Creek a good rating before. However, the excellent service and knowledgeable servicemen continue to make it worth keeping my quarterly service plan. Mr. Steve came today and he was such a wealth of knowledge showing me places where the bugs could come in because my house is over 60 years old. He also suggested products to remedy the entry point problem. Cypress Creek is the best pest control service I have ever used. I'm 71 years old so I've encountered a few. They are worth what you pay and then some!

We have used this business for years and we have been satisfied with the quality of service until this month.Previously, I left a higher rating but have lowered it because of the response received recently. We needed a rodent trap added in one side of our yard. Cypress Creek previously supplied two in the yard and an additional one in the attic. Each service I am told by technicians that they have checked them and all is good. When I called and asked for an additional trap I was told it was 38.00 for a trap and 65.00 additional for the added quarterly service of the traps. I was shocked and explained we had three and didn’t know it was extra as it never has been before. We declined the service at that time, but received a call back from the supervisor telling us what we actually had because he was looking at his computer.I was really perplexed by the call and extremely disappointed. It didn’t seem the call was made to resolve any thing; instead they wanted to make sure I knew what their computer said.So odd and disappointing. We have used them for six years but will be changing.

I manage a small community of homes and have been impressed the whole way through with this company. My account manager Ed has been great dealing with all the demands of my corporate office. Our technician Brandon that does the treatments is also great and professional.

Professional from start to finish! We called Cypress Creek Pest Control for rodent exclusion and then regular pest control. Cost estimate was clear and prices are fair for the work to be done. All techs have been so courteous and communicate clearly what is to be done. Highly recommend.

Update to a former 5 star review. Having used Cypress Creek Pest Control for over 20 years and having been pleased with their customer service, I'm now going to be having to considerother pest control companies. I have been informed they now service my area ONLY on Thursdays or Saturdays- neither of which is always convenient for me. I have always been pleased with the quality and coveniece but this new lack of flexibility is making scheduling difficult. Apparently gone are the days of them offering the service that meets their client's needs.Their scheduling system is very aggravating. Their "auto call "system calls you then requires you to hold until someone is available to actually speak to you. Ugh !

We have used Cypress Creek Pest Control for over 20 years. We can’t say enough good things about this business- every person we deal with is just “top notch” in what he/she does. We used Cypress Creek at our small business showroom and recommended them to our church- who signed them on! Thorough and professional.

I’m very happy with my service, particularly from the new service tech named Nathan. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He did a comprehensive interior spray including the garage then a full perimeter spray. I continue to have great experiences with this company.
