Yesterday Ira came to spray our home for our quarterly treatment. He was very personable, he explained everything he was going to do and what chemicals he was treating our home with.After treating the inside of our home he did a phenomenal job of spraying the outside of our home and our garage. The 5 stars are for the Tech as he was great!! Customer service in the office sucks. Tryong to get a human on the line is tough and when I get a call from them it is a recording telling me.to hold for a representative. Very unprofessional. Can't wait for my contract to be up.

It took too long, 5-6 days from our call to you to get the actual heat treatment. The couple In the apartment were daily being bit by the bed bugs. Then the cost of $1000 was way too high for us a charity. After the fact, I checked with another shelter, who said they had switched to spraying vs heating, as heating just seemed drive the bugs into the walls, and they then returned again.While waiting for your help, we sprayed, thruout 2 mattresses, and paid for hotel stay. Each spray job lasts about 3 months and by keeping on schedule our home stays clear and clean.
