They are very thorough and accommodating with their customers. The resolution of any pest problem is always only a phone call away. They will take care of it.2024___I am a long -standing customer with Cypress Creek Pest Control, and there's a reason for it. They are very consistent in providing good service. The schedulers are a joy to work with because they are always willing to make adjustments when needed for customer convenience. Kind flexibility is not easy to find. There have been minor issues over the years, but nothing ever goes unresolved and without a positive outcome. I recommend them highly.

I’ve been using Cypress Creek Pest Control & I’m happy with their service. The people are nice, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I have to make a special mention with Carmela who assisted me on the phone when I scheduled my appointment and renewed my contract. She was very nice and prompt. And the guy who came to do the pest control service this time, was simply awesome. I couldn’t say enough good things about him. He did the whole perimeter of the house inside and outside like they’re supposed to, took care of mud dauber nests, laid all the traps, told me about the fire ants that I didn’t know existed in my yard, and all that. I’m happy with their service that I felt compelled to write this review. And overall, their team is really good.
