I used cypress creek pest control years ago and when I moved for some reason I changed my service to another company. I should have known that for years I had no issues at all with any pests. Lesson learned. I have been using another company and for the last 3 years we have had problems with the huge tree roaches in our home. It didn’t matter how many times I called to have them reservice, the roaches were a continual problem. Seasonal, but a problem nonetheless. This last month I was killing one to two a day in my home. These were not small roaches. They were no less than 2 inches long. Some larger. Some even flew. It was repulsive. They weren’t specific to any particular room in my home either. They were both up and downstairs and in bedrooms and bathrooms. I had my doors sealed and yard serviced regularly. I was at wits end. I called Cypress Creek pest control and was quoted a reasonable price for the services I requested. I met with technician and he listened to my concerns (and did not give me any excuses about them not having bones and could easily enter through the smallest crack). He discussed with me his plan of treatment and got started. Well…he serviced the interior, the attic, put out baits, and applied gel to the insides of cabinets and parts of the kitchen. He then proceeded to the outside where he serviced my whole exterior and yard and garage. Today I scooped up 4 large dead roaches in my home. I have several dead outside as well. It hasn’t even been a week. When I tell you that this is the first time I have ever had the pleasure of finding dead bugs in my home, please believe me. It was a pleasant sight to see. I highly recommend them. I wish i remembered the name of my technician because he did an outstanding job and should be commended for his outstanding service and thoroughness. I keep a clean home. I have 2 dogs and a cat. And he powered away in my home taking precautions to keep away from the pets and their feeding areas. This is by far the best company out there. I will never use anyone else. Highly recommend. 5 stars ⭐️
