I’ve been using Cypress Creek Pest Control & I’m happy with their service. The people are nice, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I have to make a special mention with Carmela who assisted me on the phone when I scheduled my appointment and renewed my contract. She was very nice and prompt. And the guy who came to do the pest control service this time, was simply awesome. I couldn’t say enough good things about him. He did the whole perimeter of the house inside and outside like they’re supposed to, took care of mud dauber nests, laid all the traps, told me about the fire ants that I didn’t know existed in my yard, and all that. I’m happy with their service that I felt compelled to write this review. And overall, their team is really good.

They do a good job. They agree to come during a morning or afternoon, and on the dat in question they let you know 30 - 45 minutes before arrival. I haven't had any infestations while using them. They come and go in about 20 minutes, and will schedule an extra visit if necessary between scheduled visits.

I have used Cypress Creek Pest Control for several years. Their servicemen are always punctual and professional. This time I had my yard treated for fleas. My poodle mix had been suffering from an unusual heavy flea infestation. He sprayed the back and front yards and it was worth every penny. The spray had time to work before we had a shower this week. I already see how the treatment has worked providing relief for my pet. Thank you Cypress Creek. This service was worth the price I paid as well as the quarterly pest control treatments as I see NO roaches!!
