The service agent was late. The phone representative who set up the appointment told me they would be at my house between 8:30 AM and 12 noon. The service agent did not arrive until almost 1:30. Although he arrived at the time he was told service was scheduled this was not the time frame I was given.

Cypress Creek Pest Control did a wonderful job and really went above and beyond. Paul was the rep who performed the service and he was excellent, very thorough and professional. I previously used a company called Hawx and they were atrocious and would miss appointments all the time and be at my house for 5-10 minutes of service and then leave. Cypress Creek Pest Control was here for about an hour or more and performed quality work, it was refreshing after I had just switched pest control companies.
