Steve is a super nice guy. He’s done my last two services. He’s in and out without feeling like he’s skipping any of the service. If you mention you’ve seen any kind of bug in any area of your home he does a deep dive into possible locations the insect may have come from. I mentioned there was a spider in my bathroom and he used a “special” kind of bug repellant in all possible spots the spider could have entered from. He definitely goes the extra mile.
