Edit: changing from 2 stars to 4 stars as they promptly called me to address the issue. The CSR who made the mistake called me to apologize, and the manager called me to potentially delete the initial review. I think it is valuable to keep the original words here for transparency, but to also add this edit about their immediate resolution to follow that same model. Satisfied customer here folks👍🏻The method this company uses to schedule follow-up appointments is infuriating. They call like a bill collector with an automated message to call them for an appointment, even days after the appointment has been completed. I'm so glad they invited me to leave a review, after spam calling me twice this morning. I can say they take care of the bugs.. but so do most others.
