Hired CCPC to treat carpenter ants in my bedroom. At this time they have been to my home three times and they can't seem to take care of this issue. I've paid them roughly $190 for absolutely nothing.UPDATE: CCPC came back out and all bug issues have been handled! No more bugs! Truly appreciate the communication and responsiveness of their management team.

Overall, very good service. The technician was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and serviced the home in a timely manner. The one thing I was expecting is that he wear shoe covers. Since they are walking around in yards with pesticides, that was important to me. The customer service reps were also friendly and took their time to answer my questions. Also, the price was a great value! Overall, I would recommend.
