Steve, our Cypress Creek Representative is nothing less than awesome… he’s very thorough and professional, and extremely courteous… not to mention the bugs have disappeared!Adding:Edward, the Salesman for Cypress Pest Control’s ‘Exclusion Program’ visited us in an attempt to help us get rid of of squirrels in our attic using their ‘Exclusion Program’ and he was very thorough with his explanations to us about their program and was empathetic for our situation! Very soon after Edward signed us up for the program, David, Cypress’s ‘Exclusion’ applicator, arrived to implement the program and was amazing with his knowledge and ability to describe what and why he was doing what he was doing and what the expected outcome would be!In my opinion, Cypress Pest Control, both the regular service and the ‘Exclusion Program’ are very effective and the Cypress folks are very friendly, helpful, and professional! If you have any type of pest issues, I highly recommend Cypress Pest Control if you want positive results!

My whole experience with Cypress Creek Pest Control has been phenomenal. They were able to work with schedule changes that I had and called to reschedule when there was rain in the forecast. The folks at their office were courteous and wanted to ensure that the appointment time worked best for me.On the day of the appointment, our technician Lee called and confirmed our appointment, informing us that he would be arriving shortly. He showed up right on-time and I can't say enough good things about him and the service he provided. The professionalism from the office and Lee was on another level.Lee was extremely friendly, down to earth, and thorough with his pest inspection and service. You could tell that he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. He was respectful and courteous while operating inside of my home. The attic, indoor areas, outdoor perimeters, and garage were all treated meticulously. Lee asked if there were any other areas of concern that needed to be treated or addressed and ensured we were 100% satisfied with the service before he left. That's what I call customer service!I highly recommend Cypress Creek Pest Control and will continue to use them in the future for all pest control needs. Thank you Lee and to the friendly folks in the office as well. Keep up the great work!

I've been using Cypress Creek since I bought my home in 2008 and have had nothing but favorable results. Be warned, though, that their prices have increased more than 50% in the last few years with no explanation for the rise
